Blue Coding Partners

Your clients trust you.

That trust is the one thing we cannot buy. You know what your clients are building, where they are stretched, and when an outside team would help. We are the partner you can recommend, and we pay you for it for as long as the work runs.

The companies we serve

We serve growing companies, mostly in the US and Canada: from a twenty-person team hiring its first two engineers, to a mid-market business running a whole department with us. If a client is struggling to hire, or has something to build and nobody to build it, they are worth a conversation.

Software and SaaS

with their own engineering team to extend

Professional services

firms running on systems they rely on

Lending and financial services

where getting technology wrong is expensive

Healthcare and health tech

including regulated and compliance-heavy work

Manufacturing and logistics

often with aging internal systems

eCommerce and consumer

scaling faster than they can hire

Oil, gas and energy

non-technical leadership, real technical needs

Private equity portfolio companies

especially after an acquisition

If your clients look like our clients, we are probably a good fit. You already know which of them have the problem, and roughly what they can spend on it. No salesperson gets that far.

What one introduction is worth

Our real billing rates, and what a single account pays you every year it runs. The share runs for two years, so double these for the full term.

Engagement Pays you What that buys

Two accountants

Staff augmentation · $9,000/mo billed

$5,400/ year A week in Punta Cana

Three engineers

Staff augmentation · $27,000/mo billed

$16,200/ year The lease on a Tesla Model 3

A small custom build team

Custom development · $35,000/mo billed

$33,600/ year A family ski trip to Europe

Seven engineers

Staff augmentation · $63,000/mo billed

$37,800/ year A kitchen, done properly

A mid-size custom build team

Custom development · $59,000/mo billed

$56,640/ year A year of college for your kid

A thirty-engineer team

Staff augmentation · $270,000/mo billed

$162,000/ year A down payment on a second property

What an account actually bills is up to your client, and most grow over time. Growth counts for the full term, so the figures move with them.

When to think of us

It is not only engineers. Finance, sales and support count too. These are the sentences that mean there is a referral in the room.

Custom development

Strategy · Build · Long-term ownership

  • “Our development shop keeps missing deadlines.
  • “We run the business on a custom system nobody owns anymore.
  • “The board is asking what our AI plan is and we have nobody technical to answer.
  • “We need to replace the agency we are working with.
  • “Features are always delayed or buggy.

Roles we fill, teams we provide

Two ways in. Either we fill a seat on your client’s team, or we bring the whole team and own the delivery.

Custom development · Teams we bring to the table

A discovery team

A fixed-fee sprint that produces working software and a sequence for what comes next.

A build team

A product owner and a fractional CTO alongside the engineers and QA, priced as a team rather than by the hour.

An ongoing team

Maintenance, support and security review once it is live, by the people who built it.

If a client needs a kind of person that is not on this list, ask. It grows, and the answer is more often yes than no.

How it works

Invite only

We keep the program small deliberately. Everyone starts with a conversation, because a partnership that works depends on your clients looking like our clients, and a signup form cannot tell either of us that.

1

Apply, and have a short call

A few questions when you book, then thirty minutes to work out whether your clients and ours overlap. That is the only thing that decides it.

2

Join with your access code

Set up your account, read the agreement and sign it. No cost to you, and no exclusivity in either direction.

3

Refer someone when the moment comes

A short form. You tell us whether to reach out directly or whether you would rather make the introduction yourself.

4

Get paid

$250 once a conversation confirms there is a real need, then a share of everything that account bills with us, every month, for two years.

About Blue Coding

We have been building nearshore teams across Latin America since 2014. Our people work your client’s hours in your client’s time zone, as part of their team rather than as an outside vendor, and every one of them is vetted before they get near an engagement.

Nearshore, not offshore. Clients land at roughly 60% of what a comparable hire costs in the US, contracts run month to month so they can scale up or down as they need to, and in practice most of them stay for years.
